Instant Travel Meditation
I am missing my travelling and thought this was a fab idea to try.
Imagine yourself in a beautiful place, somewhere you have loved visiting before, maybe a past holiday or childhood memory or a fictional location, the perfect lake or mountain view.
Once you have the place imagine the temperature, sounds, smells, tastes……….
Place your attention on the feelings within your body, warmth, a smile, relaxation, excitement maybe. Now breathe deeply and relax.
