Did you know it is Boost your Self Esteem Month?

I read recently that the whole of February is ‘International Boost Self Esteem Month’. Good self esteem is important, feeling good about ourselves can have a positive effect on our lives but also the people around us. It boosts our overall well being and our personal success.

Ways to improve our self-esteem include:

-Practice self care, nourish your mind and body

-Self compassion, be kind to yourself

-Banish negative thoughts, replace with positive ones

-Learn and grow, new skills and accomplishments

-Celebrate your strengths, from cooking a nice meal to helping a colleague!

So look after yourselves and help others, let go of negative feelings AND believe in yourself and your abilities!
