Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness week. This year the theme is Movement: moving more for our mental health.

Trying to increase our movement each day has huge health benefits. Moving more can increase your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost your self-esteem.

Ideas to increase your daily movement:

Go for a walk around your local area

Dance like no one is watching in your living room

YouTube is great for at home yoga, pilates or workouts 

Visit local country parks or castles

Get a smart watch or track your steps on your phone

This week at the spa, we have something planned each day for the team to help spread awareness and encourage self care.
