Purchasing your gift voucher
- The Granary Together Experience gift vouchers can be purchased via our website or online links.
- Multiple gift vouchers for each package can be purchased for yourself or as gifts.
- Packages are for two people and cannot be split; the experience must be booked together.
- The Granary Together Experience gift vouchers are purchased under the normal gift voucher rules and are valid for six months only from the date of purchase. These gift vouchers cannot be extended or refunded under any circumstances.
Additional voucher information
- A £2 shipping fee will automatically be added at checkout. We will ship the voucher to the card billing address entered at checkout. Posted physical vouchers will be posted on the next working day.
- If you wish to receive the voucher digitally, remove the ‘Posted Physical Voucher’ on the checkout page.
- Digital vouchers will be emailed 24 hours after purchase or the next working day.
Redeeming your voucher
- To redeem The Granary Together Experience gift vouchers, guests must book via phone (01233 647 647), email or social media, quoting the voucher reference clearly shown on the gift voucher.
- Online booking is unavailable with the The Granary Together Experience gift vouchers, and under no circumstances will we process refunds if you book online.
- Available with our senior therapists for guests who usually see a senior therapist when visiting us. Simply request your preferred therapist when booking.
- If you require your gift voucher sooner than 24 hours, please call the Spa, and we can arrange collection where possible (Not on Sundays).
