Purchasing & redeeming the Mother's Day package gift vouchers
Purchasing your gift voucher
Our Mother’s Day Package gift vouchers can only be purchased via our website or online links. Multiple gift vouchers for each package can be purchased for yourself or as gifts. Packages are for one person and cannot be split between guests.
The Mother’s Day Package gift vouchers are purchased under the normal gift voucher rules and are valid for 6 months only from 30/03/2025. These gift vouchers cannot be extended or refunded under any circumstances.
Redeeming your voucher
To redeem the Mother’s Day Package gift vouchers, guests must book via phone (01233 647 647), email or social media, quoting the voucher reference clearly shown on the gift voucher.
Online booking is unavailable with the Mother’s Day Package gift vouchers and under no circumstances will we process refunds if you book online.
Additional voucher information
A £2 shipping fee will automatically be added at checkout. We will ship the voucher to the address entered at the checkout. Paper vouchers will be posted on the next working day.
